Here’s my baby lavender Orpington. He’s only 6 weeks old and was supposed to be a girl but there’s no doubt in my mind he’s a roo. Can’t wait to see him grow up!!!

I love this little dude. His name is Mr. Mellow Yellow (Mellow). I am pretty sure he is a mix of a Nankin Hen and a Seabright Mix. We had a bunch or purebreds running together. He looks very Nankin like but has some under feathers with the Seabright lacing and the blue legs. He is not mean but will make sure he is between his hens and me or my dogs at all times.
