it deffently is.. i was able to tell 2 of my Cochin babies befor they hit 6 weeks old they were roosters >< and now i have to get rid of them cause i have 2 already and technicaly i'm not allowed to havce roosters cause i live in the city.. but to be honest dont know how i did it.. but i trianed my roosters not to crow in the early morning well they actually dont crow that much... since i started trainging them in training i mean AKA crating them up in small-medium size crates at night and not letting them out till like 9-10am so since i started that they basicly stopped crowing now so i may be safe now having them in the city JUMPS FOR JOY!!!!
