Show off your roosters

I love my roos too. What are you looking at in LF? I just love the plumpness about the cochin bantams.
I like eye candy, but not too light, I had a polish rooster, he wore the feathers off so fast from frequent matings, and I think real heavy boys would squash some of the girls, I currently have two buff Orpington, and a barnvelder, and a Cochin d'uccle mix, running with my LF, I'm tossing around a salmon faverolle, a blue Americana, a red laced blue Wyandotte, and anything else that's occurs to me on a daily basis.

I don't breed and hatch because I love getting chicks in the mail and hate having to butcher extra males, but some like that polish rooster was an easy choice. I'm definitely getting another barnvelder, but I want another one, any suggestions welcome, I also have 10 bantam roosters, some Cochin, some d'uccle, and some young ones I'll have to separate out but so far they are behaving.

Nice breeds your looking at, I let my 2 bantams sit eggs this past spring we got eggs from a fellow who had Cochin bantams the eggs were small like bantam but when the chicks got about 8 weeks old I knew they weren't full Cochin bantam found out he thinks his Brahma roo got in with the cochins.. and guess what the hens had 3 eggs each and out of 6 eggs they gave me 4 roos, 2 didn't hatch. I kept one and he is beautiful I can see the Cochin in him and the daddy the Brahma. My other roo is a bantam game he is a good boy

If I ever add to our flock it will definitely be Cochin bantams. When I was in my teens I had a little Cochin Bantam rooster and English game bantam hen. Big Red and Maxine. He was beyond a doubt the cutest little booger you'd ever have the pleasure of meeting. He and Maxine were inseparable and Red was just tiny. He would lead Maxi, who always seemed to have a brood of chicks following her around, around the yard and inevitably come waddling up to me and make a big show of telling me off and pecking at my sneakers. It was so cute that all I could do was reach down, pick him up, turn him around and pat his bottom sending him back to Maxi and her latest bunch of chicks.

Yep, I definitely need a Buff Cochin Bantam Rooster!
