It was a lot of fun. My daughter has never entered a show before and I was happy for her. She's going to do what the judge recommended and separate the hens from the roos and hopefully enter the roo and her nicest hen in the ABA show in January in Lake City. The competition will be extremely stiff...but she said she wanted to do it just for the experience. She has bought a pair of white cochins and a pair of columbian cochins from Tom Roebuck and he is bringing them down when he comes to the show. Hopefully we'll have some eggs to sell from them next spring!!
