I've been hatching eggs like crazy this year and have gotten some wonderful Ameraucanas to hatch out. This girl was in the sunshine but she's a blue wheaton.
This guy is a wheaton male, the one in front of him is a welsummer and I can't tell the sex on them yet.
Here are two of my splash wheatons at 3 months old, they are enjoying getting out in the grass
This is my 4 Ameraucana Wheaton girls, +one blue along with my wheaton Maran. They hatched at the same time. The guy on the left with just his head showing is my Blue Wheaton Roo, he's beautiful but lets the Maran roo dominate everyone. This is one of my 3 month old splash wheaton girls.
This is a splash wheaton at one month, doesn't have much of a muff and beard, hoping it comes in.
This girl has a great muff and beard.
This one at 3 months has no muff or beard. I am getting this defect in at least one out of each hatch. I though muffs and beards were the easy part.
I purchased 2 ameraucana pullets. I got what I think is 1 cock and 1 pullet. I know they are not standard color but chick 1 (not named yet) seems to have tuffs or is that just how the muffs fill in. I know they both have muffs and beards and slate color legs..
double stuff I think is male (black and white) and from what i have read they are EE not ameraucana. Any thoughts?
