Show some pictures of your Araucanas, Ameraucanas or EEs!!!

Nope! Scotch is my Wheaten Ameraucana pullet--17 weeks old. With hatch-mates Rye, Norbert, and Athena, and flock-mates Gingersnap the Chantecler and Pippa the Speckled Sussex they make up my juvenile (hooligan) group. They are so different from the babies the broody hens raised. I guess I am "mama"!
Here they are having some cooling watermelon! (Scotch is on the left--Rye on the right!)

I wish they weren't so skittish, some of the girls are starting to warm up to me (letting me touch them without mass chaos occurring).
They are my second flock, first is mix of bantums, brahmas, and production reds. They are across the "hall" in the barn, building their run now.

My Araucana Nancy. Her ear tufts are still growing out, she has more even now a few weeks later and you can see where they will get even more grand.

Side note: what color is this? I think she's the most beautiful thing ever. She's being a stinker today to my newest hen, but I still love her.

We got ours out of the bin labeled as "Hatcheries choice pullets".

( I knew they were EE from the start. )

Apple ( Got her recently from a farm )

I think EE are a pretty bird. I rather enjoy having them.

WOW Apple's pic is blurry. Sorry it is the only one I have of her.
