I'm an illustrator and would love some big haired chicken inspiration!

I'm looking for any type of head feathering, purebred or mixed. I want to see all the headfeathers!

I may or may not do a picture of your chicken. I'm looking for inspiration, which can be fickle. So it's luck of the "draw" so to speak

Posting an image does not guarantee I will make a drawing, especially if there are a lot of pictures to choose from!

Post a picture in this thread only if you are willing to give me permission to use your chicken pictures for practice.

Original photos referenced will be credited to the person who posted it.

If I do a picture of your chicken and you want a print, I can send you a digital file to take to Walmart or another photo center to get it printed.

I will be retaining originals as I am doing them in a sketchbook.

If you want me to make you an original, I charge for commissions. DM me if you want to commission me.

Of course! They have fantastic head feathers! Silkies always remind me of women in old fashioned photos wearing furry hats. Oh and I love Cockatoos,they have hilarious personalities
