Show tips on large, heavy breeds!!

Hi I need show tips on how to handle very large breeds. I am showing brahmas and understand how heavy they are. Will be doing bantom next year but need tips for this year.

Control the wings when you hold them. Tame birds aren't hard to deal with no matter how big they are.
