Ilia if he is not delaware then what breed is he
its not mix they bought him at one day old at
the feed store they bought it thinking it was
a hen but it was a rooster
so he is a pure rooster

Your rooster is a Columbian Rock.His legs should be yellow, but he just has pale legs like many Rocks and Dels from hatcheries
