I believe it. I had a little Easter Egger boy who sounded like he was saying "stew, stew" when he was learning to crow. His name is StuStew now.

These are BCM over CCL olive eggers. The cockerel is kind of “dirty barred” and has a crest. The pullet is black, has an adorable crest, and likes to jump on my head! Their CCL mom has given us four X offspring this past summer, and all have had these cute crests.

Oh my gosh, they're so cute! The second one looks like my black Australorp and Swedish flower hen cross. She ended up full black like an Australorp but with a lovely big crest.

But. I do have this lovely little ee girl with the prettiest platinum and rust colored feathers...

Mine are all black jersey giant for the father, I have 2 BJG roosters. The moms are red sex link and Deleware. Nothing to spectacular.
