I think they would stay once they are settled in, about like peafowl. I talked with one guy a few years ago that had free ranging Vulturines.
I had some of my young Vulturine hybrids free ranging with their surrogate chicken mother, until I put them inside for the winter.
I plan on letting some of the Hybrids free range this summer.
