They are only ten weeks old, a little too young to be showing but I did pretty well and got lots of compliments on them at my local county fair. I showed clean legged cockrel and clean legged poulet with my one roo and two hen white leghorns. Its very hard to keep white birds white! had to give them to baths this week and wipe them off before they showed. I got a 4th and 5th with the poulets and a 2nd with my roo, and he crowed for the first time. I guess being around older males he learned what he was supposed to do. I think this is the start of a fun showing adventure. Lastly thanks to the people of the Blue Grass Poultry association for helping me with my first time.
