Haven't been on BYC in a while but needed some opinions. I'm thinking this is a cockerel/roo due to the streamers on the head, but would like to hear what y'all think. He(or she)

I would expect to see more wattle on a five month old beardless cockerel. I am not convinced this bird is male. Can you post a good close up of the comb?🙂

That is what I was thinking. But I trust @MysteryChicken
Wattle size, or existence depends on comb type.

No argument from me, but this bird's comb is not visible in the photos provided. Assuming a walnut comb, I would still expect to see more wattle in a 5 month old non bearded cockerel.😊
In silkies (and showgirls) wattles are inhibited by the bearding gene, so you often get very small or even non existent wattles in bearded birds. This bird is beardless though.
