Is super easy and very yummy. It's just hard boiled eggs simmered in soy sauce.

Do you boil them first and then do the soy sauce or do you cook them in the soy? They look like marans eggs!

Hardboil first and then simmer in soy. Look up Rasa Malasia and search Shoyu Tamago. She also has tea eggs that look interesting, but I can't get the right tea here.
