Shredded feathers?

This isn't an emergency or illness, so I felt like it better fit under "managing your flock" ?

Edit- added additional pictures of her feathers

So my flock is young. About 7 months old. (All from a hatchery.)

One pullet in particular has very scraggly feathers (Splash Marans, pictured)

My other Splash Marans (not pictured) is similar, but not near as bad.
Everybody else either has just one or two odd feathers they likely missed preening, or nothing noticeable at a glance.
The cockerel appears to have no poor feathers.

Her feathers just seem extra damaged.
Poor genetics?
Wear from the cockerel treading?

My Lav. Orpington appears to have some feather shredding. (Which I'm aware is a problem with lav x lav)

I'm wondering what this could be?
Can you post a close-up pic of the problem feathers?

What do you mean "shredded feathers?" Her feathers look normal to me. I have q couple hens who have poofy feathers like that. Nothing to worry about.
"Shredded" as in they have an appearance of being shredded, scraggly, unkempt.

Like she's lacking the barb that keep each individual strand vecroed together, in the sleek and smooth feather shape.

Gotcha. Can you get a close up of her feathers please? I noticed that after I dewormed my hens, all of their feathers started to perk up a bit and look healthier. When was the last time you dewormed your flock?

This flock hasn't been wormed yet. I know people who have a good handle on worming livestock and pets so I could ask them what options we have here... Parasite resistance is a real concern, as are withdrawal periods.
