Thanks all! I might do a mixture. I figure I can still save some $$$ this way. Funny thing is, I still haven't gotten any birds. Hopefully I'll be starting on the coop soon and I'm just trying to collect as much info as I can. Again, THANKS all!

Best wishes. I used it in my brooder box and changed it every two days. I put some sweet PDZ in the bottom of the box. Still got bags of it in the garage.
