Today is my hatch day for my chicks. This morning one hatched I was not informed but when I woke up I found the chick outside the incubator in the brooder. A family member explained to me that the chick was stuck so they took it out. I believe them opening the incubator affected another chick that was hatching. He’s been like this for 6 hours and has not made any progress. Is this shrink wrap?

It may be, you can do a search on BYC and there will likely be good descriptions of shrinkwrapping and how to handle it.

I have very limited experience with shrinkwrapping so I don't want to give you bad / incomplete advice .
