YES!!!

Am I correct to leave him/her till morning in the bator and then put in the brooder? He/she pecked into her egg for a bit right after she hatched herself but I’ve not assisted/held other than to take the pic

Once they hatch I set them in their brooder immediately/ or once they are somewhat dry.
