Increase the humidity to 55% - 65%? 46% is too low.

Shrink wrapping happens over the course of 6-12, or more hours with low humidity. It's not instant.
 
Yeah, the maximum I could get it to was 47% :(

Should that be fine?

Are you using separate calibrated thermometers, & hygrometers to monitor conditions in your incubator?

Tip: Never rely on built in incubator hygrometers, & Thermometers.

I've got a separate hygrometer, but I didn't calibrate it. In the incubator I filled up a whole pot of water though, so the hygrometer might be wrong.
