Shrink wrapping happens over the course of 6-12, or more hours with low humidity. It's not instant.

Are you using separate calibrated thermometers, & hygrometers to monitor conditions in your incubator?

I've got a separate hygrometer, but I didn't calibrate it. In the incubator I filled up a whole pot of water though, so the hygrometer might be wrong.

I don't know if I could open it right now, it's basically a styrofoam incubator with a heat lamp and a small fan.
