I did say that it was okay it was still in the shell that it would dry and fall off. Sorry I should have been more clear to.

He was kicking like crazy about to rip himself out and there was only a tiny thread still holding him in there. OMG I'm going to cry

It's not bleeding.. It moves all around and cheeps when I open the lid

I think you'll be OK, it looks like he has absorbed most of his yolk. If he's running around cheeping, that's a good sign.

Keep us updated. I think if he makes it through the next few hours and fluffs up, he'll be fine.

We'll not running... Laying there unless I open the lid. Then he tries to get up

That sounds pretty normal if he has just hatched. He'll stumble around at first. Just keep an eye on him for a while.
