You know a good bit Doctor lol. I'm forever trying to hatch double yolkers from my chickens. Got any tips for that? I'm survival rate is 1 to 4.
I had a double yolker in the first batch, but it stopped developing early on :/

Can't understand why they are taken there time. GRRR little stinkers. Musky's should only take 35 days. we are on day 37 and there lazy butts aren't doing anything to get out. GRRR.I checked all 4 of them with the flashlight app and they all looked the same. Pitch black at the ends
I usually set 4 to 6 doubles and can get either one egg to completely hatch with twins or one chick from one and one from another. Never had problems with development. They go full term. I guess I must be waiting too long to help out. I have a set of Silkie twins that hatched. Paint twins at that. And when they stand next to each other half of each of their heads is black and white. The coolest thing ever. Lol just need my surivial rate to be better.OH BOY NOW THAT's A GOOD CHALLENGE. you have to watch them SUPER close and get them out a little earlier then the due date. Both can't fit inside that shell at full term... WOW. That's Worst then the Call Duck challenge...
