I dabbed the qtip on it before cleaning out the goop so there wasn't a ton of water on it

Ok but if you look at the FULL picture, it's underneath him and around him as well. That's just one spot I zoomed in..

No not dripping but when I dipped it, I dabbed it on the paper towel

Ok because the water spot goes all around him, from back to from and down the shell. that's a lot of water. LOL
