Shrink wrapped ducks?? What should I do?

I can't seem to get the humidity down.. I've taken most of the water out.. Replaced the paper towel I had them on with a dry one and I'm still at 82%.

Don't stress get your Temp UP and it should go down..

AND LET THE FUN BEGIN, WOOO HOOO, first problem is he's a little to sticky, so the reason why it's taken 40 hours is because he's trying to absorb the water first, well he can't so First thing is first and that is LOWER that humidity, from what I understand it was at 88, WAY to high, since they are still alive, which is GREAT because Usually they can't tolerate that high of a humidity, we still may have a chance, now its going to take a little longer because we need all that water to dry up or disappear, THEN the babies can work on getting out, HOWEVER, The risk is sometimes they will give up before that chance.

Second problem, we don't have a fan and temp is at 97 by Raising the temp up to 101 this should HELP with drying them out. CROSSING fingers they can Hang in there a LITTLE longer..

Alright.. Took all the remaining water out of the bottom and wet #1 ( who is actually labeled #3... mr. Sticky?lol) here he is.. His beaks a tad blurry.. You can see that he was "nibbling" and cheeping.
Humidity went down to 65 after wiping it down but is at 71 now that it's closed back up.. but still fluctuating. Temp at 100 and climbing

How often should I be wetting them with the qtip/warm water?

First get the qtip and wipe his nose, Keep that humidity down under 75 don't stress to much, you see he is probably causing some flexuations..

Once the humidity is down and temp is up.. Should the other two ( that have only pipped internally) be able to make it out on their own?
