I wouldn't do anymore sugar water, you have vitamins now, that's all hell need, if you have already mixed some, then I would take a dropper and make sure he gets some directly.. Is his head up?

Number 5 sounds like that one movie, LOL. Go ahead and start at the air cell and peal back as much of his shell as you can UP to his membrane, if at anytime you hit his membrane and he starts to bleed STOP. apply pressure and place him back, Let the fun begin..

Just give him a couple of drops but his head needs to be up so that he can swallow it properly..
