Shes pretty calm really! I just put it on her tail first and then get her legs through, stand her on a flat surface and she stands there while I tighten and tie it up. Some of the others kick a lot but this one is pretty chill

LUCKY!!!! I wish mine would do that. She loves to cuddle but because she doesnt have a diaper on, most of the time she cant.

I think mine are a tad small still for my DIY diaper, she can wiggle out of it. She did last night.. Fell asleep on my chest so I thought she'd be ok for a while and all the sudden she crapped on my chest! Lol! It was so sudden it made me jump!

Mine is a call so liike nothing fits her. LOL. And she doesnt like them so I think i will stick to putting a towel on my chest.
Now THAT is love when you are ok with your duckling pooping on your chest

What we do for our babies...LOL

Totally off subject , but my husband is is horrified by the fact that my baby birds have their own linens, towels etc. that I wash in our washer and dryer. I prewash them in the utility sink outside, and I wash them seperately,, but he and his mother still think think that this is going to give us some disease. I use the expensive thick shelf liner for my babies along with towels and the occasional stuffed animal, and I find that washing them by hand and hanging them just takes too long as much as I change their bedding. I use bleach and detergent, and I don't see anything harmful about washing them in the machine. Any thoughts???

My girl is a house chicken and I do the same...never had any issues with anything and it has been over a year! I just rinse everything before I throw in. If you could get any type of disease, my whole family would have caught it by now...LOL!
