Hi there!
Today is hatching day and we have 2 eggs that don’t seem to be unzipping. They’ve each broken through the shell but they haven’t been doing anything else but stick their beaks out the holes for about 10 hrs. I unknowingly opened the incubator to get the others out and i’m afraid that the membranes have dried up. I’ll attach a photo of each, I’m just hoping for a little clarity so I can figure out what to do next. I did end up wrapping each in a damp paper towel but I’m afraid to do much more for fear of messing something up.

First of all, take out the damp paper towels. They really don't up humidity and they chill the chicks. So remove those. Then rub some coconut oil on the membranes. Don't get it on or on the beaks though. Just the membrane. Any yawning/chewing motions?

Okay will do, they were making chewing motions a little while ago, less so now, they’re still peeping off and on.
