Shrink wrapped?

Is this little guy shrink wrapped ? I haven’t opened or touched , humidity at a constant 65-70% must of pipped overnight as I just woke up to it . I do see it breathing in there.

Looks like it hit a blood vessel. If the baby is still active, I would leave him alone for the next 24 hours.
