Please research before taking action, this has been rushed.
Ducklings are very slow hatchers, it's normal for them to take 24-48 hours after external pip, before zipping. Now they've been rushed, and the membrane is at risk of drying out. The holes are also far too big, especially on the far right shell, which may encourage premature hatch, raising the risk of issues after hatch.
I know you meant well, and this is a common mistake, but its very important to note for next time
I reccomend leaving them to do their thing from now- just keep an eye on those membranes and dab a little coconut oil or vaseline onto any exposed membrane to prevent it from drying out. They'll likely take another day before they're out, try not to panic about the wait, I assure you it's normal
