Sicilian Buttercup - Roo or Hen?

I picked up this little one at the feed store on 4/27 along with a little Buff Orpington pullet. I'm guessing it to be around 7 weeks old now. Its comb is certainly larger and pinker than any of my pullets, but I have seen several questions online asking if female Buttercups develop their combs earlier than other breeds, with no answers to that question.

Pullet--I think the cockerels would feather in very differently.

I'll change my answer to cockerel because I'm concerned about those solid red feathers coming in on the back.

I don't know the breed all that well, so hopefully somebody with more experience with them will help you.
