Sick 1 week old chick - respiratory problems?

I have 3 one week old silkes that have been hatched from mail order eggs. I have a brood hen that has hatched them and mothering all 3 chicks.

One of the chicks a few days ago started mouth breathing. I started giving it Polyvisol because I couldn't figure out what else to do. However tonight it has started sneezing. This little baby is under the mother hen so I hate to separate it and stress it out but I don't want to jeopardize my other birds. What do I do? What is wrong? Help!!!!!

The sick chicken seems to be alert, eating and drinking as far as I can tell. The only thing I have noticed is it seems to be colder than the others. It is the first to run under momma.
