Sick 13 wk Buff Orpington...any thoughts?

Thanks for all the info and support. We ended up putting Sweetie down, she had gone downhill fast and I could tell her quality of life was compromised. It was really tough to make the call and decide when to end her suffering, but I think we made the best decision. Although I am continuing to treat the other chickens for cocci, I am pretty convinced that it was not the cause of her condition. I will learn from this, though, and I now have a better understanding of what a sick chicken looks like and how they behave, and treatments for various diseases. Thanks again all, hope my next post will be a more upbeat one.

So sorry to hear about Sweetie. I'm glad you were able to help put her out of her misery. I hope you will post again if you figure out what she had, but I hope none of the others get sick.
