Hello I’m looking for some extra advice here or a little encouragement that I’m doing the right thing.

I saved 4 little chicks from outside, they definitely were a little chilled so the first night I did what I could a used a space heater to keep the room warm and a heating pad under the babies. The first couple days everyone looked healthy. I got them a better little home and a heat lamp. However I noticed one was not quite as active as the rest and in the morning yesterday she was falling over and walking backwards, she also had pasty butt. So I cleaned her as best as I could and made sure she was pooping again normal. I got save a chick electrolytes and probiotics and put in the water for everyone to drink. I separated her from the rest (they were picking on her) to monitor her better and she seemed to be doing much better last night. I put her in with the heating pad and a soft blanket to keep her warm. She made it through the night and then this morning was falling over again. She had a little pasty butt again but not like before so I’m going to give her another little bath (I blow dry her very carefully on low and do not burn her). She ate a little bit and she drinks water on her own if you encourage her. I know they’re not vaccinated since they hatched in my backyard so today I’m running back to the feed store for some medicine. Is there any advice for little this baby or do I just stay consistent with her care and hope she improves? Thank you.

You have already done most of what I would recommend so good job.
On your trip to the store, see if they have poultry Nutri-Drench. That should give the chick a boost more than other types of vitamins. It gets directly to the bloodstream rather than needing to be digested first.
I'm guessing the lack of vaccination isn't a problem.
If the feed store doesn't carry Nutri-Drench, you can try some baby Poly-Vi-Sol without iron which most drug stores should carry.
When the weather and the chicks' condition improves you'll be surprised how excited the mother hen will be to have them back.

Thank you so much! I will definitely pick some of that up today. Unfortunately mama didn’t make it which is why they had to be rescued in the first place. I got some vetrx for the sick baby and a natural dewormer for everyone. I’ll post an update soon!
