Sick 3 1/2 month old hen

Hi My names Molly...never done this before so sorry if it is not in the right manner. I have a hen in a flock of 9, all same age but not yet laying. She is pooping doesn't have matter around her vent, eats, drinks and generally seems alert but lays down on her side with her feet funny(like she is sort of paralyzed) Then, she can get up and run(without control, like she is drunk) about 3 feet then drops. The others are beginning to peck at her so I have sectioned her off. She can climb into the coop at night and some how makes it out in am. this has been going on about 2 days. any thoughts?

Thanks so much for the input! Your little Miracle certainly is cute. I never thought about mold so I will try to see if she responds to a lighter food for a few days. But my chicken is barely on her feet, she lies on her side mostly unless I stand her up. I read up on Marek's disease and that almost sounds like her symptoms. I hope not but does anyone know if that is common? None of my other hens have had it before...
