Sick 3 day old chick

One of my 19 chicks born on 5/31, isn't moving around like the rest. I have made sure her hiney is clean, which it wasnt. I have fed her some sugar water with a dropper and she seemed to like it. But now she is lathergic, and having trouble standing up. Any suggestions on what to do. The other 18 seem to be ignoring her.

Yes it is. Just make sure you get it without iron.
