Sick 3 week old chick

Hello I have 5 3 week old chicks.
One of them has suddenly become extremely lethagic and is sleeping all the time. She was very active up until about 5 hours ago and now wont stand up and is sleeping constantly. I have given her some nutri-drops in her water to try to revive her but she is still inactive. Can any one help - does this sound like mereks disease or another bacterial infection - is there anything I can do to help her. I have seperated her from the other chicks and thoroughly cleaned out their enclosure.

It's most likely coccidiosis. You can direct dose the chick orally with Corid 9.6% liquid solution. Do not give the chick anything containing thiamine while treating coccidiosis:
