Update: We got Tilly started on the antibiotic yesterday morning and she is already markedly better! I'm so relieved! Thanks to you all for your advice and help! @Eggcessive @cheekychick3

Brilliant news, look at the diffrence in her, she is beautiful. Your sons, face says it all. lol
