She was fine Saturday morning, came home today she was squatted siwnnit moving, I thought he foot was stuck but wasn't. So there are some feathers missing in her head. She is lethargic, when I put her on her back her head moves around. Eyes closed heavy beathing! Don't know maybe she flew up and hit her head???

That doesn't look like a silkie, it looks like a barred rock. I think she probably got stuck or flew up and hit her head. Where do you keep her? Maybe a rat was trying to get her and she got traumatized. Unless you keep her in the house.

Yes she was in the house. I didn't say she was a silkie but maybe I posted in the wrong area...but she was in a little hutch so it has a roof that opens and closes

Oops.. I thought it said silkie, I read it wrong, Sorry. I think maybe she got stuck. Does the hutch have bars? Like a dog crate? Because my chicks used to get stuck that way.

Is she eating and drinking? I think maybe she got stuck in the bars of the cage. She may just be traumatized. I wouldn't put her to close to light like the heat lamp it may stress her out more. Try giving her treats. She might perk up.
Sorry, I hope this helps!
