Sick 6 mo old Serama pullet

Anyone have any help for me ,my 6 mo. Serama pullet has become lethargic and setting around fluffed ,not eating and mouth slighting opening and shutting has some brown and whitish looser stool on her yesterday, the 3 others in with her seem normal but I started them on corid yesterday and is there anything else I could to help herand I tube fed her today and yesterday.

I wish I had a good recipe or could buy a mix ready to feed and I been giving scrabled eggs too and chicken feed strained in the feeder. She hasn't been eating very good .
