Sick 6 week old chick

One of my chicks is sick and I am not sure it will make it... it seems hot and is not moving much, but nothing wrong with stool... it is drinking and eating a little... but does not want to move... not sure what is wrong, they are on medicated chick feed which kills cocc... something or other... so what else could it be?
