Sick 8 week old pullets

I recently acquired 2, 8-week-old hens. I brought them home and had them in the garage when the temps that night dropped -14 below zero. When I came out in the morning, their toes were curled, and they seemed to be freezing. I panicked and brought them in the house where I kept them for 2 days. Then their breathing was labored--panting (the house is kept @ 60 degrees forced hot air). I took them back out to the garage and put the propane heater on 50 degrees. I thought they readjusted but today I see one has nasal discharge. What do I need to do to help them? I feel terrible as I am new to this. I appreciate any advice.

What are you feeding?
How long have you had them?
Is the heater vented, there's fresh air coming in right?

I am feeding them Dumors 20% starter crumble, some greens and an occasional grape piece as a treat.
They are in my studio, one corner of it, where I have heat set @ 50degrees.
I will need to take photos,
I have had them for 1 week as of yesterday.
It is a monitor propane vented heater.
Fresh air only when I open the door to enter studio as it is in the minus degree temps here.

Are you providing them grit (crushed granite)?

Check to make sure their crops are emptying. Are they still gasping or has that resolved?

Yes they have grit and are consuming it. It is just one that gasps when she is resting or sleeping only.
