Sick after eating duck eggs

I have done a little research into a duck egg VS a chicken egg and I was surprised to learn how many benefits there are to duck eggs.

All I read was that it was a lot higher in fat than a chicken egg and a lot more cholesterol.

I am with Isaac O, those eggs look rotten or infected with bacteria. Bad eggs would make anyone sick.
I doubt it is this but there is another option. I have a neighbor who had ducks because her daughter had a sensitivity to chicken eggs. One day she was outside and I asked how her ducks were. She replied that they had gotten rid of them because they had figured out that the daughter only had issues with eggs from poultry fed food which contained soy. So, when the ducks had switched to the same food as the chickens she had trouble with them as well. When they used food without soy the stomach problems went away. So, they got rid of the ducks because “chickens are easier”.
