Sick and dying chickens…

Help! I have 41 birds… 37 chickens and 4 Guinea fowl. I had a hen die exactly 2 weeks ago, she had a runny nose and raspy breathing. I immediately cleaned out their coop, feeders, and waterers. I kept checking my other birds for nose drainage and breathing. 2 weeks later and I now have another sick hen, she is in better shape then the last but she has a runny nose/raspy breathing. I isolated her inside & gave her extra vitamins/electrolytes/etc. What is happening? Anything else I can do for her? For the other chickens? Help…

Oh no! they might have the bird flu... its been going around and killing flocks and there's nothing you can do about it, thats all I can think of
