Sick and very week hen with weird poop

hi, so I’ve noticed one of my hens starting to act different, her name is Fufi. She is a buff Brahma. She is always so happy and sweet, running around and eating. But yesterday I noticed her not moving. She was just on the floor just sitting there and looking very sleepy. I didn’t think much about till I noticed she her crop was pretty empty, so I knew something is definitely wrong! I’d call her and show her food and she wouldn’t come. So I picked her up and took her inside and gave her some water and she ate very little. Now I live in Texas and a few days ago it was down to the 20’s but two days ago it got all the way up to the 70’s! So I was wondering could it be cocci? So to be safe I gave her a dose of corrid with her water and she drank it, and later I gave her a dose of Duramycin-10 in her water and she drank it too. But I know that cocci shouldn’t be a thing in the winter right? But maybe since the temps randomly went up? Or could it be something else, she has no signs of pox on the outside, my flock has some pox about 3 weeks ago but everyone is healed now.
About a year ago Fufi had gotten cocci as a chick. Could it just be returning or maybe even e. Coli? Her poo looks really bad, I’ll post a picture of her poo, please help!

Treating her for coccidiosis will not hurt. Do you have a fast acting vitamin like nutri drench or poly vi so without iron you could give her? When was she wormed last?

Can you continue treating her for coccidiosis with the Corid in her water for 5-7 days? Also try a tsp of plain yogurt in her food daily for some probiotics.
How old is she? Is she laying eggs? Coccidiosis is more common in younger chickens who have not developed a tolerance for cocci in the soil and poop. Occasionally chickens who are having immunity problems can become sick later on. Some other possibilities would be an intestinal infection from bacteria, worms, or she could be suffering from a reproductive problem, such as internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis. It is hard to diagnose an illness just by looking at poop—a vet can help more with testing poops for worms, cocci, and bacteria.
I wouldn’t try too many medicines at once, since you don’t know exactly what is wrong. Since you have started bothmeds, I would finish a course of them.

No i dont have any of those types of vitamins, just a layer boost vitamin. In october the feed store said pumkin seeds are good dewormers so i gave all my girls that. But i look everyones poop and no ones poop looks as bad as hers. Some girls are pooping a little runny, browninsh color thats chunky not watery like cecal, but nothing too bad.

I can continue, i have plenty of corrid. She was never my best layer, but she would lay and egg every couple of days. But she never seemed to have a problem laying eggs. She is just a little over a year old. I try to look for worms in her poo, but theres nothing. And i cant really take her to a vet, i live in the middle of no where and the closest vet charge me lots of money to see any bird.
Last time i took my chickens to the vet it was a case of bumble foot and the vet charged me $450!

I agree that vet care is getting outrageous in price. We just spent a fortune on routine shots, fecal floats, and heartworm testing, and one sick dog.
If you happen to be going in with another animal, you could just take along a fresh dropping sample, and ask to get a fecal float as a favor. Chickens can have worms without seeing anything in droppings. There are many studies that show pumpkin seeds do nothing to treat worms. But worms may not be the problem. If she does not improve on Corid though, I would consider worming with Valbazen or SafeGuard.
To look for a laying problem, chickens with internal laying or EYP may lose weight or have swelling in the lower belly, have runny poops or stop eating, sometimes waddle or prefer to sit, or separate themselves from others and act sleepy.
