Sick babies turkeys

Please help! My turkeys are 2 weeks 3days. They've stayed in a huge box with a light up until now. Yesterday I moved em outside to a cage off the ground with wire on the side. They freaked out an started flopping around. I left them alone an they calmed down but never ate and drank. I figured they'd get over it as they did last week when I attempted this. But they're still not eating and drinking. One of them was dead this morning and I know a few others aren't going to make it. I don't know what to do or what I did wrong. I've got them food and water. And a light just like they had in their box. Please I need help

I've also been giving them water with electrolytes this morning along with baby rice cereal through an eye dropper

I still need your advice. Update the really sick one is now worse. He backs up with his wings spread and just stumbles backwards. He cant stand and will barely open his eyes when I pick him up. I've given a few drops of sugar water with an eye dropper and also a few drops of water with electrolytes and a little baby rice cereal to him. Still no good.

Please help One is still sick. He walks backwards with his wings spread and kinda uncoordinated
