Sick baby chick

Hello we bought 6 baby chicks last night, 4 barred rocks and 2 rir, this morning 1 of our barred rocks is very weak, eyes arent open, doesnt seem to be able to stand up, this is my first time with chickens so i have no idea whats wrong or what to do
