Sick Baby Chick

I got some baby chicks saturday and the littlest one acts sick.....she doesn't eat or drink like the others, the others have stepped on her so I took her out and have tried to hand feed her. Her eyes are closed now too....they were open when I got her....any suggestions, or is there any hope?
