I was given two sick birds today - one duck and one potentially a turkey/chicken. I am use to curing sick animals and they were going to end up dying so I couldn’t say no. I’m going to post a picture but do you know what’s wrong and how I can cure them

What was their environment like before got them? Did they have heat, appropriate feed, and fresh water? Any bloody stool? I'd start with giving them sav a chick electrolytes and vitamins in their water. They look very poorly.

The turkey passed away, the duck is doing better. I put electrolytes in the water and the duck was drinking. They haven’t pooped, I just got them. The heating lamp is set up so they should be getting enough heat, around 95. The duck started to get hot so I fixed it. I went to the store to adopt other chicks (they seem good) workers told me these 2 were on their death beds and would give them to me for free. Couldn’t say no, I feel awful for loosing the Turkey but I’m going to do everything I can for the duck

Ok, if it's drinking on its own don't worry about the dropper. I'd be tempted to treat it with corid. Could be coccidia. But you can see if it improves overnight with just supportive care.
