Sick baby runner duck

i believe my baby duck may be only a couple moths old maybe 5 or more not to sure but he was fine when we got him and one day he ate a roach and maybe a week later he started getting sick.his eyes are watery.he wont eat or drink any water and wont move at all.i feed him bread and oatmeal.im not sure if eating the roach made him sick.please help if possible

How is he now. I can't imagine the roach caused him to get sick, unless it was sprayed or something. What kind of bedding do you use? It could be something bothering his breathing. Sorry he isn't any better.
