Sick baby.

Help!! Chick is very lethargic and swollen eyes just under a week old. Thank you in advance!

Are they eyes swollen or just closed?

Is she able to eat or drink on her own, move about and is she pooping?
What is the temperature on the warm and cool side of your brooder?

I would try giving drops of sugar water or if you have poultry Nutri-Drench, give her 2-3 drops of that twice a day, following up with plain fresh water.

Is this a purchased chick or one you hatched?

They were swollen, was not able to drink or eat or move about Went from being perfectly fine this morning to this this evening. It was a hatched one
It passed unfortunately. All the other birds are acting fine as of right now.

Check for pasty butt? Being clogged would stop the eating and drinking. Good luck. Pretty baby.
