Sick Bantam Hen...not sure what to do....

My bantam hen has not been acting normal for 2 days. Here's the situation so far:
1. She has been acting very lethargic, not eating drinking much for 2 days. Saturday night she was acting perfectly normal and Sunday morning I noticed this behavior. She last laid an egg Saturday morning.
2. Her poop is white and almost like mucus with a small amount of brown in it.
3. No swelling that I can feel. Nothing in her abdomen that feels like an egg.
4. Tried a warm bath and Tums, just in case she was eggbound....
5. Tried to feed her a boiled egg a little while ago...she ate a small amount but not much.
6. She's mainly standing in one spot hunched over and staring off into space. Sometimes just stands and closes her eyes. She also fell over twice and seems very weak.
7. She has been in the house in a large box in the bathroom for about a week. She was attacked and almost scalped by her coop mates last week. She seemed perfectly fine after that and was doing great until Sunday morning.

I am not sure what other details to include and I don't know what to do anymore. I am so worried about her. Please help!!

Also forgot to include the fact that she hasn't been making any noises since Sunday morning either.

She just made a little clucking sound but she is laying in a towel in my lap looking around then falling asleep....
I was thinking maybe I should worm her....I don't see any worms in her poo but I am not sure what else to look for....I am very afraid she won't make it.

try to give her as much supportive care as you can, ie: vitamins in her water making sure she drinks, give her warm canned dog food, warm scrambled eggs, what ever you can get her to eat or put in her mouth. If she has never been wormed, it could be a problem. I would use safeguard liquid wormer as it is less stressful to their system. Do you see any mites or lice on her skin, as parasites can also cause anemia from blood loss. any other symptoms? Water eye? Trouble breathing? Any wheezing in her chest? Any nostril discharge? Loss of weight, can you feel her keel bone on her chest? Chickens hide it when they are sick, almost up until death because a weak animal gets attacked first in the wild.

No wheezing or trouble breathing. No mites or anything like that. I have some Wazine...how do I administer that to her. She is a small bantam, probably a pound or less. She doesn't seem to have lost weight.

It should say on the bottle, I forget how much, I normally give like a cap full to a gallon.
